Pierre Rohayem is Chairman of the Board of AXIR Consulting and Chief Executive Officer of Gelogis SARL, based in Algeria. He brings strong leadership experience in corporate governance, executive management, and strategic development across consulting and operational environments.

As Chairman of AXIR Consulting, Pierre provides strategic oversight and governance, working closely with the executive leadership team to ensure alignment between long-term vision, execution priorities, and stakeholder interests. His role focuses on guiding sustainable growth, strengthening governance frameworks, and supporting AXIR Consulting’s positioning as a trusted transformation partner.

In parallel, as CEO of Gelogis SARL, Pierre leads the company’s operations and development in Algeria, with responsibility for business performance, organizational leadership, and market expansion. His dual perspective—combining board-level governance with hands-on executive management—brings valuable insight into operational excellence, risk management, and growth in complex and emerging markets.
